Supplier Register

For the assignments of works, services and supplies of an amount below the thresholds referred to in Article 14 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the Molise Scarl Company proceeds, in compliance with its "Regulation for the acquisition of goods and services of amounts below the threshold of Community relevance" and the provisions referred to in Book II - Part I of Legislative Decree 36/2023, through entrustment procedures referred to in Article 50, to economic operators identified through the Register of Suppliers of goods and services, in compliance with the rotation criterion.

Therefore, the economic operators concerned and/or those who are already registered in the Register of suppliers of goods and services are invited to fill out/update and transmit, by registered letter with return receipt, by hand or by certified e-mail to the address galmolise@legalmail.it, the application for registration, on the basis of the categories indicated in Annex A of the Regulation for the acquisition of goods and services in the economy.

Registration in the Register of suppliers of goods and services is always open and operators already registered are invited to promptly update the data transmitted or at least update them annually in order to facilitate the entrustment procedures.
