Molise scarl is a professional training organization accredited by the Molise Region pursuant to D.G.R. n. 533 of August 8, 2012 (with Executive Determination N. 454 of 18-11-2014).

The courses offered and provided are authorized by the Molise Region, the certifications and professional qualifications issued at the end of the courses carried out are recognized pursuant to Law 854/78 throughout the national and European territory.

As an accredited P.T. body, Molise scarl is equipped with a suitable structure for the training of competent professional resources; it carries out its activity seriously, providing quality training courses, activating professional orientation paths for training and work, organizing internships and internships in companies and promoting the labor and/or social inclusion of its users.

Course recipients: unemployed people, unemployed people and those who want to qualify or retrain, allowing rapid professional conversion and job placement. 

The requirements for unemployed - unemployed subjects, to be possessed at the time of submission of the application for participation in the training course, to be transmitted to the Vocational Training Organization are:

  • Have residence/domicile in the territory of the Molise region for at least 6 months;
  • Be unemployed, pursuant to art. 19 of Legislative Decree no. 150 of September 14, 2015;
  • Not have ongoing participations in other projects and/or initiatives financed on the POR Molise ERDF FSE 2014-2020, including the interventions financed under the Regional Youth Guarantee Program and the PSR Molise 2014-2020.

The recipients of the course will be selected only if the applications for participation are greater than 15. The selection will take place in the following ways:

  • Verification of the application and contents of the CVs received;
  • Evaluation of qualifications and work experience;
  • Motivational interview.

Candidates who meet the required requirements (formal qualifications, unemployment status, etc.) will be contacted and they will be informed of a date for the individual interview (the largest selection filter).

The individual interview will focus:

  • On the contents of the Curriculum Vitae presented (to which further qualifications, certificates, certifications related to the figure covered by the course can be attached);
  • On the individual motivation that pushes every aspiring student to follow the course.

Each candidate will be assigned a score, determined by the evaluation of the CV (titles held and previous work experience) and by the results of the individual motivational interview. A ranking will therefore be drawn up. Candidates will be notified of the outcome of the selection through the website (https://www.galmolise.it/).

The deadline for submitting applications for registration is January 31, 2023, at 7 pm. Aspiring students will have to fill out the application for admission, available on the website https://www.galmolise.it/ and send it using one of the following methods:

  • By mail with registered letter with return receipt (addressed to Molise around 2000 scrl, Via M. Bologna n. 15 – 86100 Campobasso),
  • Deliver it by hand at the Molise headquarters around 2000 scrl (Campobasso at Via M. 15),

The course will last 780 hours divided as follows:

  • Theory (didactic classroom): n. 300 hours (of which n. 118 hours of exercises);
  • Internship/Work Experience: n. 480 hours.

The course will begin after the conclusion of the selections.

Theory: the place of development will be the operational headquarters of OfP Molise verso il 2000 scrl, in Campobasso at Via M. Bologna n.15.

Internship: at affiliated facilities.

To be admitted to the final exams and receive the attendance allowance, students must guarantee the attendance of at least 80% of the total hours of the course.

During the internship/work experience phase (n. 480 hours) it is expected to pay, in favor of the students, an attendance allowance quantified at € 4.00 (euro four/00) as reimbursement of expenses for each hour of actual presence in work experience, provided that the student has attended at least 80% of the total hours provided for the training intervention (780 hours). During the attendance of the 300 hours of theoretical training, provided by the OdF, there is no attendance allowance for participants.

The OdF Molise around 2000 scrl opens registration for the "Social Animator" course funded by the Molise Region based on the Public Notice for the presentation of training operations aimed at promoting insertion and reintegration in the labor market - D.G.R. n. 411 of 07/11/2020 and n. 451 of 26/11/2020 - Axis 6 - Employment - Specific Objective 6.1 Promote the employment and employment of the long-term unemployed and subjects with greater difficulty in employment, as well as the support of people at risk of long-term unemployment - Action 6.1.1 - Active policy measures, with particular attention to sectors that offer greater growth prospects (for example in the context of: green economy, personal services, social and health services, enhancement of cultural heritage, ICT) - D.D. n. 11 of 2321

The Social Animator is an operator who carries out different activities aimed at developing the potential of individuals or groups, promoting processes of prevention of discomfort and favoring their inclusion and social participation; he is able to carry out socio-cultural and educational animation interventions, activating processes of development of the psycho-physical and relational balance of people and groups/users and stimulating their playful-cultural and expressive-manual potential. The training course will allow students to acquire knowledge and skills in the following sectors: socio-psycho-pedagogical; socio-health; legislative and security (social law, ethics and GDPR EU regulation 679/2016 on privacy); verbal and non-verbal communication; artistic and creative (clown therapy, painting workshops, theater, music, physical and recreational-recreational activity; analysis of the educational needs (of people, groups and communities of people); preparation of the animative project and its implementation.

The Technician of tourist-receptive services is a professional figure (5th level of specialization) essential in the national and Molise hospitality tourism sector. The course aims to train professionals able to define and promote the offer of tourist accommodation and to plan, program and coordinate their activities and information flows related to the tourism sector. The course allows students to obtain the professional qualification of Technician of tourist-receptive services to work in tourism at local, national and international level.

Intervention 1.1.1 Coaching and training and information actions

They can participate in the training and information interventions:

  • Farmers;
  • Forestry entrepreneurs;
  • Entrepreneurs of small and micro rural enterprises.

In particular, the following subjects may participate in the selection:

  • For which the current legislation imposes a training obligation (e.g. nitrates, plant protection products, etc.); 
  • Who participate in the environmental (10, 11) or cooperation measures (16) of the PSR Molise Region 2014-2020; 
  • Who make the first settlement in agriculture on the basis of Measure 6, PSR Molise Region 2014-2020; 
  • Who intend to adopt innovative practices, systems and technologies.

Intervention 1.2.1 Demonstration and information activities.

They can participate in demonstration and information activities:

  • Farmers and their co-adjuvants;
  • Forestry entrepreneurs;
  • Entrepreneurs of small and micro rural enterprises;

  • Operators involved in the food sector.

In particular, the following subjects may participate in the selection:

  • Subjects who participate in recognized quality schemes.

Intervention 1.3.1 Company visits.

They can participate in company visits:

  • Entrepreneurs in the agricultural and forestry sector and their family co-adjuvants;
  • Agricultural and forestry workers; 
  • Entrepreneurs and employees of SMEs who operate in the field of processing of agricultural and forestry products also for energy purposes; 
  • Members or employees of agricultural and forestry professional organizations.

In order to participate in the selection it is necessary to present:

  • The expression of interest (Annex 1a, 1b, 1c);
  • The substitute declaration of notarial act (articles 38 and 47 D.P.R. 445/2000) (Annex 2);
  • A copy of a valid identification document.

The formats of the Attachments are also available on the Molise verso il 2000 scrl website www.moliseversoil2000.it, to the section “attività – formazione”.

The expression of interest, completed in its entirety, signed and complete with the attachments indicated above, can be transmitted: 

  • By hand delivery of documents (in a sealed envelope) at our offices from Monday to Friday in Via Monsignor Bologna 15/17, Campobasso;
  • By e-mail to the certified e-mail address moliseversoil2000@legalmail.it;
  • By registered letter A/R addressed to Molise verso il 2000 scrl, Via Monsignor Bologna 15/17, 86100 Campobasso.

In the subject of the email or on the envelope it is necessary to report the wording: “Manifestazione di interesse, Misura 1, PSR Regione Molise 2014/2020”.

Molise towards 2000 declines all responsibility in the event of dispersion of communications, due to inaccurate indication of the address or in case of any postal or telegraphic misunderstandings attributable to the act of third parties, accidental accident or force majeure.

This notice expires on April 30, 2020.

Each expression of interest will be examined in order to verify its formal admissibility, in order to ascertain the possession of the specified requirements.

Once the admissibility of the applications has been verified, the rankings of those admitted will be drawn up for each training, updating or coaching presented in relation to the training or tutoring needs to be met. 

Within 5 days of the closing of the selection procedure Molise verso il 2000 scrl will publish on its website www.moliseversoil2000.it the rankings of the final recipients. 

It should be noted that the selection of companies and rural operators within the scope of this notice does not entitle you to any contribution, but has the exclusive function of allowing the identification of subjects requesting participation in coaching, training, information and study visits initiatives to be included in the project proposals that Molise verso il 2000 scrl intends to apply, participating in the open calls of Measure 1 of the PSR Region Molise 2014/2020.

With the signing of the expression of interest and the substitute declaration of notarial act (articles 38 and 47 D.P.R. 445/2000) (Annex 2) candidates authorize the processing of their personal data pursuant to and for the purposes of the GDPR EU Regulation no. 679/2016 and ss.mm.ii..

REGIONAL CATALOG OF TRAINING OFFER POR – ERDF – ESF 2014/2020 Axis 8 – Action 8.1.1

The Dairy Processing Operator deals with the production of fresh and seasoned dairy products, operating on the entire milk processing process: pasteurization, curdling, spinning, forming and seasoning, using specific methodologies and technologies in the different processing phases and in the final ones of bottling. The characteristic skills are: packaging of liquid, semi-liquid and pasty food products; control of ripening and seasoning of cheese; management of curd acidification, spinning and forming processes; curd processing; machinery cleaning. The course aims to train new qualified professional figures, transmitting to them the skills and knowledge necessary to carry out the specific role and facilitating their insertion and reintegration into the labor market.

The course includes the following teaching areas:

  • (Transversal) legislative, health and safety;
  • (Specific) milk treatment and derivatives;
  • (Specific) curd processing;
  • (Specific) spinning and acidification of the curd;
  • (Specific) curd maturation and seasoning.

The recipients of the training intervention can be unemployed, unemployed or employed people in the private sector (including self-employed workers). The requirements for the unemployed or unemployed, to be met at the time of submission of the application for participation in the training course, to be transmitted to the training organization are:
  • The age of majority;
  • Residence/domicile in the territory of the Molise region for at least 6 months;
  • Be unemployed, pursuant to art. 19 of Legislative Decree no. 150 of September 14, 2015;
  • Not have ongoing participations in other projects and/or initiatives financed on the POR Molise ERDF FSE 2014-2020, including the interventions financed under the Regional Youth Guarantee Program and the PSR Molise 2014-2020.
The requirements for subjects employed in the private sector (including self-employed workers) to be possessed at the time of submission of the application for participation in the training course, to be transmitted to the Training Body are: a) residence/domicile in the territory of the Molise region for at least 6 months; b) not having ongoing participations in other projects and/or initiatives funded by the POR Molise ESR ESF 2014-2020 and the PSR Molise 2014-2020. For students of foreign nationality it is necessary: a) to be legally resident on the national territory; b) to have a good knowledge of the Italian language (level A2 certification). For participation in the course it is required among the incoming requirements that the recipients have fulfilled the school obligations. This requirement, along with the others, will be ascertained during the selection. For its role specifications, the Certification is considered entry-level, that is to say access to the professional area, obtainable by users who do not have previous knowledge-skills.

The selection of the recipients of the training intervention will take place first of all taking into account the possession of the requirements indicated by the Notice: age of majority; residence or domicile (for at least 6 months) in Molise; unemployment status, unemployment (as per Legislative Decree no. 150/2015) and registration with one of the CPIs of the Molise Region; not having ongoing participations in other projects and/or initiatives financed on the POR Molise EFESR FSE 2014-2020; the fulfillment of the School Obligation. For non-EU citizens, the possession of a regular residence permit and knowledge of the Italian language will also be verified. Following the verification of the above-mentioned requirements, the selection of merit will be carried out, which will take place with the implementation of individual interviews and the evaluation of the curriculum vitae presented by the student candidates. Molise around 2000 will be able to evaluate (in the event that the number of applications for enrollment in the course is equal to or greater than 30) to organize a pre-selection test (multiple-choice quiz), whose date will be communicated to the candidates at least 3 days before. For foreign candidates, the level of knowledge of the Italian language (ability to understand, expression, written production, for which at least A2 level certification is required) and possibly the qualifications obtained abroad (if recognized in Italy) will also be verified (with individual interviews). In the selection, female candidates will be given greater opportunities to participate in the course. The selection will be carried out taking due account of the qualifications possessed by the candidates and the skills acquired both during any previous work experience (in the reference sector), and during previous education or training paths, but above all the individual motivations to work in the dairy sector.

The deadline for submitting REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS is 10.12.2019. The pre-registration made with the hand delivery/email of the relative application (at the training site in Campobasso at Via Monsignor Bologna n. 15 at the email address info@moliseversoil2000.it) must necessarily be completed with the delivery (by hand or by mail) of the APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION (available on the website and at the training location) to which to attach the valid identification document and the updated Curriculum Vitae (Europass/European format).

The training course, with a total duration of 600 hours, is divided into:

  • Theory n. hours 214;
  • Exercises n. hours 158;
  • Internship (in external structure) n. 228 hours.
  • Theory/exercises: they will take place at the training headquarters of Molise verso il 2000 scrl located in Campobasso at Via Monsignor Bologna n. 15;
  • Internship: it will take place in an external affiliated structure (farmies operating in the dairy sector).
To participate in the Final Assessment Exams and receive the hourly attendance allowance, each student must guarantee the attendance of the course of at least 80% of the total hours provided for by the training intervention.
For unemployed - unemployed students, there is an attendance allowance of € 3.00 (Euro three/00) as reimbursement of expenses for each hour of training actually followed, provided that the student has attended at least 80% of the total hours of the course. For employed students and self-employed workers, there is no attendance allowance, but a contribution to the financing.
CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION of "OPERATOR OF DAIRY PROCESSING" pursuant to Law 845/78 art.14, L.R. 10/95. The Qualification Certificate will be issued by the Molise Region to students who have attended 80% of the expected hours of the course and who have passed the Final Exam.
During the course, at the end of each Unit of Competence, intermediate checks are provided (aimed at verifying the level of preparation achieved by each student). In the final phase of the course, the final tests are planned to ascertain the level of knowledge and skills achieved by each student and his ability to face the final exam. At the end of the course, the final exam is scheduled that each student will have to take in front of the Commission appointed by the Molise Region pursuant to Law no. 845/1978. Only students who meet the following requirements will be admitted to the final exam: a) course attendance equal to at least 80% of the expected training hours; b) positive assessment of admission to the exams.

The Social and Health Operator Course (O.S.S.) is aimed at those who intend to work as professionals in the field of public or private health. The social health operator is the operator who, following the certificate of qualification obtained at the end of the specific professional training, carries out activities aimed at satisfying the primary needs of the person, within their areas of competence, in both a social and health context and to promote the well-being and autonomy of the user. The OSS carries out its activity in collaboration with other professional operators in charge of health and social care, according to the criterion of multi-professional work.  Le attività dell’OSS sono rivolte alla persona e al suo ambiente di vita: assistenza diretta e aiuto domestico-alberghiero; intervento igienico sanitario e di carattere sociale; supporto gestionale, organizzativo e formativo. Il corso di OSS ha una durata 1000 ore. Sono riconosciuti crediti formativi per coloro che sono in possesso di attestato di qualifica O.S.A. conseguito presso altri Organismi di formazione professionale accreditati anche in altre Regioni (da presentare all’atto dell’iscrizione).

At the end of the training course, after ascertaining and passing the exams taken before the Commission established by the Molise Region, it will be issued pursuant to art. 14 L854/78, the certificate of qualification of "Social Health Operator with Complementary Training in Health Care" valid throughout the national territory.

The Social Health Operator who has successfully followed the complementary training module in Health Care, in addition to carrying out the professional skills of his profile, is able to carry out: 

  • The natural administration of the prescribed therapy, in accordance with the directives of the head of nursing care; intramuscular and subcutaneous therapy on specific nursing planning;
  • Therapeutic baths, medical compresses and clutches;
  • Simple dressings and bandages;
  • Enemas;
  • Artificial respiration and external cardiac massage.

The presence of the figure of the Specialized Social Health Operator (OSSS), or the OSS with complementary training, will significantly improve the quality of the work and activities carried out by the care team thanks to its supplementary skills.
