PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

• The data processing is carried out by the Data Controller in the performance of its activities for the following purposes: 
  Navigation on this website (legal basis: legitimate interest art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f);
• Request for contact or information requested by you (legal basis: legitimate interest art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. f)
• Prior consent and until its opposition: for direct marketing activities of the Data Controller, newsletters, market research or other sample research and direct sales to receive - through automated means e-mail, faxes, messages such as Mms (Multimedia Messaging Service) or Sms (Short Message Service) or other types, as well as by telephone calls via operator and paper mail - information material, for the detection of the degree of satisfaction, promotional, commercial and advertising material or related to events and initiatives, by the Data Controller - consent (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a)) as the legal basis for the processing.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

The data will be processed by the Data Controller with electronic and manual systems according to the principles of correctness, loyalty and transparency provided for by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and protecting the confidentiality of the Data Subject through technical and organizational security measures to ensure an adequate level of security. 

DATA RETENTION

• The treatment will be carried out in automated and manual form, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects specially appointed to do so. In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of the Reg. EU 2016/679 the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The retention of the personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing:
  For contact request (maximum 1 year);
• Receiving newsletters or promotional communications generally by e-mail (maximum 24 months);

COMMUNICATION, DISSEMINATION AND TRANSFER OF DATA

The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as managers (art. 28 of Reg. EU 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Owner and the Manager (art. 29 of Reg. EU 2016/679), for the purposes listed above.

THE RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

• The interested party may exercise, in relation to the processing of the data described therein, the rights provided for by the GDPR (articles 15-21), including: 
  Receive confirmation of the existence of the Data and access their content (access rights); 
• Update, modify and/or correct the Data (right of rectification); 
• Request the cancellation or limitation of the processing of the Data processed in violation
  of law including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the Data was collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to limitation); 
• Oppose the treatment (right of opposition); 
• Revoke the consent, where given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation; 
• Propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data www.garanteprivacy.it) in case of violation of the regulations on the protection of personal data; 
• Receive a copy in electronic format of the Data concerning you as a Data Subject, when such Data have been returned in the context of the contract and request that such Data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability). 

To exercise these rights, the interested party can contact the Data Controller by sending his request to the e-mail address: privacy@galmolise.it or by sending the communication by mail to: MOLISE SCARL – Via Monsignor Bologna, 15 – 86100 Campobasso.

When contacting the Owner, the interested party must make sure to include their name, email/postal address and/or telephone number(s) to be sure that their request can be handled correctly.
