Premises and purposes
The Association “SOLIDEA Gli amici di Antonio Di Lallo”, in collaboration with the “GAL Molise” announces a competition for the award of n° 3 scholarships, worth 1,000.00 euros each with the aim of rewarding capable and deserving university students.
The Association was created with the aim of giving continuity to the research activities of Antonio Di Lallo, Director of GAL Molise verso il 2000 since 1994, died prematurely in 2018, in the field of planning and development of local territories and intends to pursue exclusively purposes of assistance and social solidarity oriented, in particular, to human and social training.
The Association, involving cultural, social, economic and institutional operators, turns its particular attention to the youth world and the female universe in all its articulations and problems, among which - very dramatic - violence and femicide.
Recipients
Candidates who have obtained the master's degree course in the academic years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 residing in the Molise Region are entitled to participate in the call for the award of scholarships.
Subject
“L’Associazione Solidea” to honor the memory of Antonio Di Lallo and give continuity to his commitment to the service of the local territories, he will award n°3 master's degree theses, which have an innovative and topical character on the following topics of:
- History, current affairs and Molisano territory; that is, history of the Molise peoples, economy and socio-economic and cultural conditions of today's Molise society and characteristics of the Molise territory;
- Local development and innovation; tourism models that promote an active development of the territory;
- Southern question, socio-economic and cultural conditions in which the south takes place;
- Social and youth hardship, conditions in which minorities find themselves in today's society and issues related to the difficulties of young people, such as bullying, cyberbullying and violence;
- Gender differences, or gender studies, studies on feminism, gender dichotomies, queer theories.
Amount of the scholarship
The amount of each scholarship is Euro 1,000.00.
The scholarships in memory are financed thanks to the individual quotas of the members, the liberal disbursements of third parties and the various contributions: Italian Confederation of Farmers, National Confederation of Artisans, Cooperative and Mutual League, Association of Authentic Villages of Italy, Municipality of Castellino del Biferno, Municipality of Riccia, Municipality of Roccamandolfi, AIM - Industrial Association of Molise, Municipality of Pietracatella.
Access requirements
Applicants who meet the following requirements can apply for a scholarship:
- Who have residence in the Molise Region;
- Who have obtained a master's degree in the academic years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025;
- Whose theses deal with one or more themes between:
- History, current affairs and Molise territory;
- Local development and innovation;
- Southern question;
- Social and youth discomfort;
- Gender differences;
- Violence against women and femicide.
Submission of applications
Applications for participation must be received via PEC to the certified e-mail address galmolise@legalmail.it or with hand delivery at the operational headquarters of the GAL Molise in Via Monsignor Bologna, 15 – 86100 (CB) no later than June 30, 2026.
The application is made in the form of self-certification, any false statements will be punished pursuant to the Criminal Code and the special laws on the subject, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 76 D.P.R. n. 445/2000
For the submission of applications, the following documents must be attached:
- Copy of the degree thesis (in pdf or paper format);
- A summary description of the topic or topics covered, illustrating the thesis and conclusions;
- attestazione I.S.E.E. in corso di validità;
- Final certificate of vote;
- Valid identity document;
- Declaration of originality of the degree thesis.
Any documents to supplement the requests submitted must be transmitted to the PEC of the GAL Molise within the deadlines established in the act of approval of the provisional rankings.
Evaluation criteria
The evaluation of the degree theses will be carried out by a joint commission composed of the Board of Directors of the”Associazione Solidea Gli amici di Antonio Di Lallo” and by the staff of the GAL Molise. In this assessment, the committee will take into account:
- The quality and content of the degree theses;
- The graduation grade obtained.
Additional evaluation parameters are:
- The economic requirement certified by ISEE
- The age of the youngest candidate
With equal merit, the evaluation will be based on the valid I.S.E.E. indicator, and in the event that further situations of equality occur, the scholarship will be granted to the candidate with the largest family unit and finally to the youngest.
The ranking will be drawn up by assigning a score for each of the parameters, according to the default table.

At the end of the work, the Commission will publish the general ranking, with the scores obtained by the following participants, regardless of the scope of application of the thesis, defined in ascending order on the basis of the score as highlighted above.
Processing of personal data
The Association, with reference to the current provisions on protection and the processing of personal data, will use the data contained in the applications for participation in this procedure exclusively for the purpose of managing the procedure referred to in this notice.
The processing of personal data will be carried out through both manual and computerized management of the application.
The provision of data is mandatory, failure to provide them gives rise to the exclusion of this notice.
The person responsible for the processing of personal data is the sole person responsible for the GAL Molise procedure.
Final postponement rule
L’”Associazione Solidea” and the GAL Molise by way of derogation from the provisions of this competition notice, we reserve the right to request from the candidates, as well as from the university offices in charge, the information useful for the definition of the possession of the requirements necessary for participation in the competition.
”Associazione Solidea" and the “GAL Molise”, at its sole discretion, they also reserve the right to modify and/or integrate the rules of this announcement and also to take any withdrawal measure.
