The ordinary meeting of shareholders took place on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the headquarters of the GAL Molise, which saw among the items on the agenda the approval of the financial statements and the renewal of the members of the company's Board of Directors.
The Local Action Group (GAL) Molise Scarl continues to play a central role in the development of the territory of central Molise, promoting initiatives funded by European programs, territorial cooperation projects, technical support activities for local authorities and companies and actions to enhance the economic, environmental and cultural resources of the area.
During the Assembly, the shareholders approved the financial statements and subsequently proceeded to renew the corporate bodies, defining the new composition of the Board of Directors.
The new elected directors are:
Giacomo Lombardi representing the municipality of Roccamandolfi;
Dorothy Albanese representing the municipality of Campochiaro;
Giuseppe Licursi representing the Coldiretti Provincial Federation of Campobasso;
Chiara Iosue representing the Italian Confederation of Farmers - CIA;
Mariagrazia Del Busso representing the Molise Builders Association - ACEM;
Giuseppina De Castro representing Legambiente Molise;
Iole Panzetti representing Pro Loco Terventum;
Macrina Caruso representing the National Confederation of Crafts Molise;
Antonella Cornacchione representing the municipality of Fossalto;
The elected members then confirmed Giuseppina De Castro in the role of president and appointed Antonella Cornacchione as vice president.
The Assembly also expressed a heartfelt thank you to the outgoing members:
Giovanni Colella representing the Italian Confederation of Farmers - CIA, Giuseppe Trivisonno representing the National Confederation of Crafts Molise, Serena D’Angelo representing the municipality of Colle D'Anchise; Angelo Miniello representing the municipality of Mirabello Sannitico, Andrea Passarelli representing the San Amanzio Cultural Association, for the work carried out, the commitment and the contribution offered to the growth and consolidation of the GAL's activities during the years of their mandate.
With the renewal of the bodies and the approval of the budget, GAL Molise Scarl confirms its mission to promote sustainable, innovative and participatory development of the territory, in line with the opportunities offered by the new Community programming.
