GAL Molise, partner of the Interreg SPICE project, launches a Manifestation of Interest aimed at young NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) for the selection of at least 5 participants, aged between 16 and 29, residing in the Municipalities of the GAL Area, to participate in a training workshop scheduled for January 27 and 28, 2026 at the GAL Molise Convention Hall ‐ Via Monsignor Bologna 15, Campobasso.
The objective of the workshop is to analyze in depth the issue of NEETs, promoting a direct dialogue between the various local stakeholders to identify the main difficulties that hinder young people's access to the labor market, share good practices and experiences and acquire knowledge and practical guidelines useful for the design of a specific training path.
Several local subjects will participate in the workshop, including training bodies; representatives of the social services district of the Municipality of Campobasso; employment agencies; entrepreneurs from the agri-food sector and gastronomy; as well as the public administrations of the four municipalities involved.
Based on the results of the workshop, a training course dedicated to NEETs will be designed, with the aim of providing young people with targeted information, technical and transversal skills and practical tools to address a work experience, in particular in the sectors related to agri-food and gastronomy, considered strategic for local economic development.
The initiative is part of the activities of the Interreg SPICE project and aims to promote the social and labor inclusion of young people through the creation of a local network of support and cooperation between institutions, companies and employment services.
The project partnership is composed of: Municipality of Valona (Lead Partner - ALB), Municipality of Polignano (IT), Municipality of Cetinje (MON), Liburnetic Organization (ALB), I MAKE Consortium (IT) and GAL Molise (IT).
