New funding opportunity for agricultural companies in Molise that want to expand their activity towards agritourism, social agriculture, educational farms, product transformation and tourist-recreational activities.
What is the SRD03 measure
The measure SRD03 – Investments in farms for diversification into non-agricultural activities supports agricultural entrepreneurs from Molise who want to start or enhance extra-agricultural activities in rural areas, enhancing business and territorial resources.
Fundable interventions
The call finances investments for:
Agritourisms, in accordance with L.R. 9/2010
Social agriculture, according to the L.R. 1/2025
Educational and didactic activities (educational farms, agrinido)
Processing of agricultural products in products not included in Annex I of the TFUE, limited to beer, bread, pastries and pasta
Tourist-recreational activities linked to rural traditions and landscape enhancement
Forestry and aquaculture (in non-exclusive form) and green maintenance
Who can participate
Applications may be submitted by individual or associated agricultural entrepreneurs (pursuant to Article 2135 of the Civil Code) who:
- They are registered in the business register of the CCIAA with VAT number and agricultural ATECO code (01)
- They have the company file validated
- Fall within the definition of micro or small enterprise (Recommendation 2003/361/EC)
- They have the specific requirements for each type of activity (farm, social farm, educational farm, etc.)
The territorial scope of intervention is the“Area D” of the Molise region.
Amounts and concessions
- Project amount: from a minimum of €20,000 to a maximum of €400,000
- Non-repayable contribution: 50%
- Expenses already incurred are also eligible, provided that subsequent to January 1, 2023
- Duration of the investment: from 12 to 24 months
Eligible expenses (main)
Depending on the type of activity, they can be financed, among other things:
- Construction works of recovery, renovation or adaptation of existing company buildings
- Technological plants, with priority to solutions for energy saving and renewable sources
- Arrangement of outdoor areas, educational/hituring paths and service infrastructures
- Furnishings, equipment and functional equipment for the activity
- Computer equipment and websites for promotion and online sales
- General expenses (technical, consulting, feasibility studies), up to a limit of 4% (10% if related to works subject to a building permit)
Deadline
Applications must be submitted through SIAN (MUD mode) by October 16, 2026.
